It was a bit cold out on Saturday morning, and some decidedly un-Florida-like weather threatened to rain us out, but the Kids and Kritters Parade at Pensacola Beach turned out to be a great success! And while spelling the word “critter” with a k hurts the Great Books major in me, I’m thrilled to share the photos with you! Take a look…
There were lots of “awwww”s as this little girl and her pup went along the parade route! Perhaps one from me as well.
This handsome doberman is Hawk, one of the “mascots” of Best Paw Forward Dog Training!
These dogs had quite the ride…
This little guy was a little too shy to look at me… he preferred to stick close to his mom.
This guy is Frankie… he’s a pretty cool dude.
Even cool dudes get tuckered out at parades.
This gorgeous Afghan Hound’s name is Zoe. Aren’t her fur and costume beautiful?
Tiki the welsh corgi came up to say hello after the parade!
It was great to meet everyone there! We all survived the chilly temperatures together, haha! If you attended and don’t see your photos here, they’re in the main event gallery: http://proofs.allisonshamrell.com.
Have a great Paw-di Gras with your pups!
